A spectacular summertime event

With the best European 4 year-olds lining up to do battle over the classic mile-and-a-half distance, the Grand Prix de Saint Cloud is one of the highlights of the racing season. The four-hoofed champions have just one mission in mind: to make an impact ahead of the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe in the autumn.

The first great equestrian event of the summer gives Parisians a perfect opportunity to get out of the city centre and spend the day outdoors in the leafy suburbs of the French capital. 

In 2012, young and old alike enjoyed the numerous activities organised especially for the occasion by France Galop, including a merry-go-round, giant “Petits Chevaux” board game, pony rides, and our famous “Racing Family” game. 

A trip to Abu Dhabi was also up for grabs in a competition organised by Etihad Airways.
