IMPERIAL MONARCH takes the laurels in the Juddmonte Grand Prix de Paris!

IMPERIAL MONARCH made amends for a disappointing performance in the most recent edition of the Prix du Jockey Club as he nudged past LAST TRAIN, SAINT BAUDOLINO, MAIN SEQUENCE and TOP TRIP to triumph in the Juddmonte Grand Prix de Paris on 14th July 2012. Engaged in a fierce tussle on the home straight, the first four finishers had the spectators’ hearts in their mouths as they fought tooth and nail to be first past the post.

On 14th July 2012, our Bastille Day celebrations at Longchamp racecourse were second to none! Racegoers enjoyed a chilled-out garden party followed by electrifying evening races and an explosive firework display that lit up the skies. Our more competitive visitors even had the chance to saddle up and “ride” in a virtual race with our special Wii tournament “G1 Jockey”.

As night fell, dance floor fever took hold as racegoers boogied the night away to a series of stunning live sets by DJs Irfane and Cassius.
