Méandre storms ahead to win the 2012 Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud!

As always, the arrival of the summer brings with it the Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud, a spectacular equestrian event that gives a touch of the seaside to Saint-Cloud! With the racecourse enveloped in a special summer glow, the atmosphere on the track was as scorching as ever! This hotly-contested event always promises to thrill, as Europe’s top thoroughbreds do battle ahead of the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe in the autumn.
This year, once again, the race went to a deserving winner. MEANDRE, ridden by Maxime Guyon, upset the race’s favourites by taking the laurels in the 2012 Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud, and thus blew the competition wide open ahead of the autumn’s big events.
